All rates are quoted per person sharing and include a full breakfast.
All rooms fully en suite with double vanity, bath and separate shower unless otherwise stated.
All rooms have under-carpet heating , heated towel rails and hair drier.
All rooms have DSTV with the hotel package i.e. movie channels, sport and SABC channels.
All rooms are approx 35m2 excl. private patio approx 10m2 and bathrooms approx 10m2
All rooms have sea views and face directly onto the sea with a patio / balcony also facing onto the sea.
All rooms have King size extra length beds - Twins are only available on ground floor if requested
Airconditioning on prior request (small extra charge) not really necessary as rooms are cool.

CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy If cancelled up to 31 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 8 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival 100% of total cost will be charged.

Check in time 14h00 to 18h00 (Please arrange for late arrivals). Check out time 11h00.

Children under 8 by prior arrangement only.

All major credit cards are accepted.

50% single supplement.

All reservations need to be confirmed either in writing or with a 50% deposit (either by direct transfer or credit card)
